What’s the stock boost put out? I doubt it is that high, and if it’s not, I’m surprised he hasn’t split the intercooler open yet.

That’s not insanely high. There are very streetable trucks out there running 80+.

That would seem reasonable. I just think back to a Humvee replacement project I worked on a few years ago, we were 40 psi of boost (all prototype truck) and we decided to crank up to 50, and the charge air cooler split at both ends. The top and bottom of the CAC bowed away from the middle in a big arc

They could have upgraded and not mentioned that, plus I think the stock one is pretty large.

not that much its a stock housing with an upgraded compressor wheel.

for a diesel its a bit low actually. Easy to get 70+ on steet driven trucks
